Before you start

You'll need:

• The invite email from [email protected], titled "Freedom Power has invited you to join Project Sunrise!"
• Your Freedom Solar Google (Gmail) account — not your personal Gmail.

1. Register your account

1. On your phone, open the invite email and tap Register Your Account.

2. iPhone: if the button opens inside the Gmail app, tap the Open in Safari icon in the bottom-right first. Android: make sure it opens in Chrome, not Gmail's in-app browser.

3. Tap Register with Google.

4. Choose your Freedom Solar Gmail account (not your personal one). Enter your password if prompted, then tap Next.

Tap Register with Google and choose your Freedom Solar account.

5. You're now logged in to Sunrise. Keep this page open for the next step.

2. Add Sunrise to your home screen

A home-screen shortcut lets you open Sunrise like a regular app.

iPhone (Safari)

1. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Keep the name Sunrise v2 (or rename it), then tap Add.

Android (Chrome)
