Sunrise accounts are accessed from the sign-in page. Log in with your email and password, or use Log in with Google with your Freedom Solar account. New team members register with Google, and you can reset a forgotten password by email.

Step 1 — Request a reset. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and click Send Reset Code. Sunrise emails you a reset link.

Step 2 — Set a new password. Open the link from that email to reach the Reset Password page (your email is filled in for you). Enter and confirm a new password (at least 8 characters), then click Reset Password — you can now sign in with it.
