The tracker for a project in On-Site Installation. Completed stages have an orange check, the current stage is highlighted, and later stages are greyed out.
The left-hand menu has Project, Documents, Account, Support and Log out. Customers whose utility is ONCOR, AEP Texas, TNMP or Centerpoint also see Electricity Plan, which opens the plans sign-up site in a new tab.

| Primary contact | The project's main customer in Sunrise. |
| Secondary contact | A second adult on the project with their own login and the same access as the primary contact. |

| Impersonation | A staff session that shows the portal as the customer sees it, with a red banner at the top. |
A customer with two or more projects gets a project picker at the top of the menu, labelled Project 1, Project 2 and so on, with the month the project was created and its address.
