Two supporting screens: Tasks & Alerts tells you what's expiring, and Reports lets you pull the data out.
Tasks & Alerts
Tasks & Alerts lists every policy that is expired or expiring within 30 days, plus records missing an expiration date — your daily worklist for keeping coverage current. The count also shows as a badge on the sidebar item.

The Tasks & Alerts list
Each row names the vendor, the policy, its status (e.g. Non-Compliant), and the expiration date. Click a row to open the vendor and fix it.
Happy path
- Open Tasks & Alerts.
- Work the list top-down — expired first, then soonest-expiring.
- Click into each vendor, upload the renewal COI / update the policy, and the alert clears.
Reports
Reports provides a data export of the vendor base for offline analysis or sharing.

The Reports page
Happy path
- Open Reports.
- Choose / run the export to download the vendor data (CSV).
- Open it in Excel / Sheets for pivots and sharing.
Issues & edge cases
- "Missing expiration date" alerts — a policy has no date on file, so the portal can't tell if it's current; add the date from the vendor.
- The badge count won't go down — each fix must actually change the policy's expiration/limit; simply opening the vendor doesn't clear it.
- Export looks short — exports respect the active scope/filters; clear filters for the full set.
