Now you can track the progress of SunPower Work Orders in Sunrise with our new SunPower Work Order task flow. If you have a ticket in the SunPower WO pipeline in HubSpot, you can convert that ticket into a service project in Sunrise. In general, the SunPower WO Flow has the following key steps:

To create a Sunrise Project for a SunPower WO, move the ticket to the ‘Sunrise’ status in the SunPower WO pipeline in HubSpot. This will generate a project in Sunrise with the SunPower WO tag.
The first step to completing a SunPower Work Order is to upload the work order to Sunrise. Navigate to the ‘Tasks’ tab on the Sunrise Project and click on the Upload Work Order task. On this task you will be prompted to enter the Case Number for the Work Order, and upload the SunPower Work Order document. Once these steps are complete, you can check off the ‘Upload Work Order’ task.
Sometimes, it may take some time to get the SunPower Work Order scheduled. In order to ensure a smooth customer experience, there is also a task in the SunPower Work Order task group to update the customer. Once you have update the customer that their Work Order has been received and that they are in the scheduling queue, go ahead and check off the Customer Update Complete task.
The SunPower Worker Order Truck Roll process is exactly the same as any other service truck roll - it involves scheduling, dispatching, and completion of a truck roll, as well as customer follow up. All of these steps are covered in the page below (skip to the section titled Schedule Truck Roll).

To trigger an RMA for a SunPower WO, go to Details > Scope and assign an RMA Type to the project. Remember that if you pull RMA Materials from PPI, you should select the SunPower - One Shot PPI RMA Type so that you will not be asked to do another RMA Truck Roll.
