Whether you are creating a project for an RMA ticket that was filed in HubSpot, or you want to add an RMA to an existing Truck Roll project, follow the process outlined in this document to manage the RMA. To get started, you may need to create an RMA project in Sunrise. If you are creating an RMA for an existing Sunrise Project, you do not need to do this step - simply assign an RMA Type under Details > Scope and you can generate tasks for the RMA Flow on the same Sunrise Project. Only follow the steps below if you are trying to create a project for an existing ticket in the RMA Pipeline in HubSpot.
Move the ticket to the Sunrise status in order to create a Sunrise Project for the RMA:

This will generate an RMA project for the ticket in Sunrise automatically.
