📝 Overview

Pulse is a project's single activity feed — a running timeline of everything that happens on a project: comments and notes your team adds, HubSpot emails and SMS with the customer, task activity, file changes, and system logs. It's where you catch up and collaborate without leaving the project.

💡 What You Can Do

• Read a project's full activity history, grouped by date.
• Filter by type and time, search, and include related-project comments.
• Post comments with rich text and @mentions.
• Reply to, edit, pin, or delete messages.
• Expand HubSpot emails and SMS to see full details.

🔎 Filtering the Feed

The filter row at the top narrows what you see:

• Display — All, Comments, Logs, Emails, or SMS.
• Time range — All Time, or the last 7 / 14 / 30 / 60 / 90 days.
• Search — find text anywhere in the feed.
• Related Project Comments — include activity from linked projects.

Filter the feed by type (All / Comments / Logs / Emails / SMS) and by time range.

✍️ Posting, Replying & Reacting

Click Reply on a message, then type @ and a name (e.g. @adrian) — Sunrise suggests matching employees to mention.

Use the composer at the top to post a note with the rich-text toolbar (bold, italic, underline, lists, images, attachments) and @mention teammates, then click Send. Hover any message to reply or pin it to the top; on your own messages you can also edit or delete.
