📝 Overview

The Project List (project pipeline) shows every project in a department in a fast, filterable, configurable grid — your starting point for finding and opening projects. Search, sort, choose your columns, filter on any project field, and save the setups you use most as named Views.

💡 What You Can Do

🔃 Sorting

Multi-column sorting — Project ID and Created both sorted, each showing its priority number in the header.

Click a column header to sort by it; click again to flip between ascending and descending, and once more to clear it. To sort by more than one column, open a column's sort control to reveal the Order of Sort panel — each active sort shows its direction and a priority number, and you can drag them to change which one sorts first. With no saved view applied, projects are sorted by most recently created first.

🧱 Columns — show, hide & reorder

Click the columns icon in the toolbar to open the column picker. Tick or untick any field to show or hide it (the Name column always stays visible), type in Search Columns to find a specific field, and drag the handle on any selected column to reorder it. Your layout is remembered for next time. Beyond the built-ins (Project ID, Region, Critical Path Stage, Created), you can surface any project field — module type, lender, monitoring device, battery details, and more.

📌 Pinning columns

Open any column header's menu to Freeze to left (or Unfreeze), remove the column, or jump straight to the column editor. The Name column is frozen to the left by default so it stays visible as you scroll sideways through wide project data.
