The Dashboard is your department's operational cockpit — a real-time view of where work stands. It pairs a critical-path chart of projects by stage with task-level reports on backlog, throughput, and velocity, all driven by one shared filter bar. Use it to spot bottlenecks, track team output, and see what's aging.

• Filter everything by task template, region, team member, and date range.
• Read the Critical Path chart to see how projects spread across stages.
• Scan the Task Summary for backlog, age, completions, and velocity per task type.
• Drill into a task's Backlog, Throughput & Velocity reports.
• Star the tasks you watch most, and search the summary.

🔎 Filtering the Dashboard

A sticky filter bar at the top drives every report on the page:

• Task Template — focus on one task type, or All Tasks.
• Regions — one or many regions (multi-select), or All Regions.
• Team Member — a specific person or team, or All Users.
• Date Range — 7, 14, or 30 days, or a custom range.

Changes apply automatically and are saved in the page URL, so a filtered dashboard can be shared or bookmarked.

🧭 Critical Path Dashboard

The Critical Path chart shows how many projects sit at each stage of the pipeline (Sales Change Order, Retention, Verify Docs, Dispatch SA, Complete SA, and so on), color-coded by status. It's a fast read on where the department's work is piling up — scroll horizontally to see every stage.
