One Shot % by Region

One Shot % = the share of projects whose Commission System was completed with no Punchlist and no Re-Roll — i.e. done right the first time. The grid colors each region-month cell (green ≥90%, yellow 75–89%, orange 60–74%, red <60%). Click a cell to see the projects and their reason codes.

Re-Roll Metrics

Breaks down re-rolls by category (Workmanship, Site Assessment, City/Utility Inspection, …) and disposition (Warranty, Completed, In Progress, …), filterable by region and Week/Month/Quarter/custom range. Click a category card or a pie slice to drill into the matching projects.

Tips

• One Shot and the Overview's One Shot % headline are the same metric — this tab is the regional/monthly breakdown.
• Use Group By (Job Type / Resource / Region) in Re-Roll to find whether re-rolls concentrate on a crew, a market, or a work type.
