Overview

Lightreach (powered by Palmetto Finance) is our lease/PPA financing option. The integration allows you to:

• Get real-time pricing estimates
• Create financing quotes
• Send credit applications to customers
• Manage contract signing

The workflow has 3 main steps:

1. Account Creation - Set up the customer in Palmetto's system
2. Quote Creation - Select pricing and generate a quote
3. Application & Contract - Send credit app and manage contract signing

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure:

• The proposal has "Lightreach Lease" selected as the lender
• The utility is configured with a Lightreach ID (contact admin if missing)
• Customer information is complete (name, email, address)
