The Contract tab turns the proposal into the customer's binding installation agreement and sends it out for signature. The contract is generated automatically from the proposal's system, pricing, and customer details.

The tab shows the full Residential Solar Installation Agreement — a fixed-price contract tailored to the project's state — across its many pages (use the page navigation at the top). It pulls in the offer/effective dates, project and client information, scope of project, system equipment, and terms straight from the proposal.
The Settings gear (top-right of the viewer) controls contract options — things like the agreement type and terms that shape the generated document.
Sign sends the agreement to the customer for e-signature through DocuSign; Download saves a PDF copy. Documents that still need signatures are also surfaced on the Documents tab.
