Viewing a Contact

On any Project, click on the ‘Contacts’ tab. Here, you can see a list of the contacts that are associated with the Project. Each Project should have a primary contact, and can also have a secondary contact and so on. In general, the primary contact should be the person in the household or business that is taking charge of the solar project.

On the contact page, you can view important information about contacts, such as their:

Editing a Contact

If you need to update any of these details on a contact, click the edit pencil on the top right corner of the contact card to enter edit mode.

In Edit Mode, you can change anything you need to about the contact and then click ‘Save’ to commit your changes, or ‘Cancel’.

Adding a New Contact

If you need to add a new contact to a project, click on the ‘+ Add New’ button. Then, fill out the form and click save. That’s it!

<aside> 💡 Pro Tip: Did you know the contacts page is fully integrated with HubSpot? If you add a new contact, it will also create that contact in HubSpot and associate it with the HubSpot Deal associated with this Sunrise Project. Sometimes, you will try to add a new contact that already exists in Sunrise or HubSpot. If this happens, Sunrise will ask you if you want to associate the existing contact with this project.
