- Turn Time — the prime metric: how fast the actionable backlog is being scheduled (revenue on schedule ÷ actionable backlog $). See the technical reference for the exact formula.
- $ on Schedule / kW / Batteries / Generators on Schedule — what's booked to install this period, each with a completed sub-figure.
- Overall Utilization — scheduled ÷ available crew hours.
- Actionable Backlog (now), One Shot %, LR M1 First Pass — supporting health metrics.
- Region gauges (Austin, Houston, DFW, Tampa, Orlando) — utilization per market, with $ / kW / batteries / generators under each. Green = healthy, amber/red = under-utilized.
Tip: the time-window selector drives the whole scorecard. “—” means no value for that window (e.g. a monthly-only metric while on This Week).
