Tips

• The M1/M2 reconciliation badge (✓ match / ⚠ mismatch) compares Sunrise pending tasks against the Lightreach portal — a mismatch usually means our task state lags the portal.
• M2 Deadline tracks the 60-day activation window; red = overdue, yellow = approaching.
• A/R here is Sunrise-task-derived and can lag live Palmetto status — treat “in their court” as “as far as our tasks know.”
