Where staff create the roles that appear on the careers site — and define how each role is interviewed.
Who & where
Signed-in staff, Jobs tab (/admin/jobs). This is also the default landing page after login.
Happy path — browsing
- Job Openings lists active postings in a table: Title, Department, Location, Type, Status.
- A New Job button (top-right) starts a posting; a Show deactivated toggle reveals archived ones.
- Each row's ⋮ menu offers Edit, Deactivate (or Reactivate), and Delete permanently….

The jobs list. Status chips are colour-coded (Draft / Open / Closed).
Happy path — creating / editing
The form has two tabs:
- Posting — title, location type & locations, department & team, work type, Status (Draft/Open/Closed), posting owner & hiring manager, a rich-text Opening description, repeatable Sections, salary range & description, closing text, and internal tags/notes.
- Interview Plan — define interview stages, each with interviewers (searched from the staff directory), duration, and an optional feedback form.

The posting editor. New jobs default to Draft — set Status → Open to publish to the careers site.
Issues that may arise
- “I saved it but it's not on the careers page.” New postings are Draft by default. Only Open postings are public. Change Status to Open and save.
- Team dropdown is disabled. Pick a Department first — teams are scoped to their department. Changing department resets the team.
- Delete vs Deactivate. Delete permanently is irreversible and warns that related applications/interviews are affected. To just take a role down, use Deactivate — it preserves data and can be reversed.
- Validation. The form submits to the server for validation; if something's off, an error banner appears at the top and nothing is saved.
