The only part of Freedom HR the public sees. No login, no account — just open roles and their details.
Who & where
Anyone, at the site root (/). A discreet Staff login link sits in the top-right for employees; everyone else just browses.
Happy path
- The visitor lands on “Careers at Freedom Power” and sees every open role as a card.
- Each card shows the title, department, location, location type (On-site / Hybrid / Remote), and work type (e.g. Full-time).

The careers landing page. Only jobs with status Open appear here — drafts and closed roles are hidden.
- Clicking a card opens the full posting: title, the same summary chips, an optional salary range, and the description / sections / closing text (all rich-text). A “All openings” back link returns to the list.

A job detail page.
Issues that may arise
- “Apply” isn't live yet. The public apply button is a placeholder (“Apply (coming soon)”). Today, candidates are added by staff from the Candidates area — the public site is browse-only.
- A role vanished. If a posting is switched from Open to Draft/Closed or deactivated, its card disappears from
/ and its detail page shows “This role is no longer available.” That's expected.
- Empty list. With no open roles, the page shows “No open positions right now — check back soon!” rather than an error.
- Load failure. If the jobs API can't be reached the page reads “Could not load jobs right now.” — usually transient; refresh.
