This stage confirms the vendor's policy endorsements are in place — and, when needed, lets the vendor's insurance broker verify them directly through a secure self-serve link, without a portal login.

The three endorsements

Alongside the five policies, Freedom Power tracks three endorsements on every vendor:

These appear in the vendor's Insurance & Endorsements panel, each with an expiration date and status, and are pre-filled by the COI scan when detected.

Broker self-verification

When an endorsement can't be confirmed from the COI alone, the portal can send the vendor's broker/agent a tokenized link to a public page where they confirm the endorsements. This page:

This step sends email. Send Broker Verification emails the broker a real link. Only trigger it when you want the broker contacted. The link is per-vendor and should not be shared beyond that broker.

Happy path

  1. On the vendor, confirm the three endorsements from the COI where possible.
  2. For anything unconfirmed, send the broker verification request.
  3. The broker opens the link, confirms the endorsements, and submits.
  4. The endorsements show compliant; the stage is satisfied.
