FAQs

The FAQ page. The questions shown here are placeholders; the live list comes from the FAQ sheet.

FAQs are maintained in a Google Sheet, not in the portal code. There is one sheet for solar customers and one for battery-only customers.
Questions are grouped by category, with a category list on the left.
Rows flagged to show on a project stage also appear in the FAQs list at the bottom of that stage on the Project page.
Changes to the sheet show up the next time a customer loads the portal.

Tips

To change an FAQ answer, edit the sheet rather than asking for a code change. Keep each answer on one row; rows with an empty cell are skipped.
