Who this is for: anyone who uploads files to Sunrise projects, and Customer Care staff answering "where is my document?" What it covers: which Sunrise file categories show up in the customer's Documents page, how folders and downloads work, and what stays hidden.

Each row shows the document name, the stage it belongs to, and "MM/DD/YY by (uploader)". The search box filters by name. Clicking a file name opens a preview in a new tab.

The tracker is different. Approval steps on the Project page (HOA approval, Permit approval, Interconnection approval, Permission to Operate) link to whatever file is attached to that Sunrise task, whatever its category. Only attach customer-ready files to those tasks.

Clicking a folder opens a grid of thumbnails. Customers can tick photos and download them. Only JPEG and PNG images are included in folder downloads.
