This is the guide to the ASM Dashboard โ€” one place for an Area Sales Manager to run their region. Nine tabs covering your day, your team's numbers, your pipeline, your tasks, what's blocking deals, your 1:1s, and the monthly review. It replaces the older three-tab Sales Dashboard for ASMs, which stays available for now.

Limited preview. The ASM Dashboard is visible to the CSO and the four regional ASMs. If you open it and get bounced back to the home page, that's why โ€” you're not missing a setting. Ask DK to widen access.

Screenshots still to add. This page is written but not yet illustrated. The other guides in this wiki show each tab; add captures here once the preview widens.

How to open your region

Region Address ends withโ€ฆ Covers
Austin /asm-dashboard/austin Austin + San Antonio
DFW /asm-dashboard/dfw Dallasโ€“Fort Worth
Houston /asm-dashboard/houston Houston
Orlando /asm-dashboard/orlando Orlando
Tampa /asm-dashboard/tampa Tampa

It is not a separate app. Go to the Marketing Dashboard, sign in with Google as usual, and click the ASM Dashboard tab in the top nav. You land on your own market automatically: Alex on Austin, Sarah on Orlando, Philip on Houston, Justin on Tampa. No second login, no second URL to remember.

Your old bookmarks still work. /sales-dashboard/<region> now forwards you here, to the same market. If you had a tab bookmarked, Closing Ratio lands on Metrics (where Close Rate by EC lives) and EC Pipeline lands on EC Pipeline, and your date range comes with you. Clean Deals and Sales Ops did not move to this dashboard, so those bookmarks land on the default tab; both reports are still on the main Marketing Dashboard at Clean Deals and Sales Ops.

Anyone not yet on the ASM Dashboard preview keeps seeing the old regional dashboard at that address, so nothing changed for them.

The region dropdown sits on the tab row, so you can look at another market whenever you want โ€” switching it changes the address, and you can bookmark any market to land straight on it. All Regions is available for the cross-market views.

Light or dark. The Light/Dark switch in the top bar applies to the whole app, not just this dashboard, and is remembered on your machine.

Tab 1 โ€” To Do's & News (opens here by default)

Your daily driver: Housekeeping (appointments still sitting on "New Appointment", and runs with no notes), Your Team's Pace, the daily habit tracker with weekly and monthly checklists, and ASM's Monthly Goals.

Happy path: Clear Housekeeping โ†’ tick the day's habits โ†’ scan the pace table for anyone drifting โ†’ set or adjust each EC's monthly goal.

Tab 2 โ€” Metrics

The Sales Ops metric set, scoped to your region: Close Rate & CAC, the Market Leaderboard, the full Closing Ratio report by EC, today's and yesterday's appointments, Sets Per Day, contracts by lead type, and product mix.

Happy path: Read the CAC card for the team's headline numbers โ†’ check where you sit on the leaderboard โ†’ drop into Close Rate by EC for the per-person view.
