The PO Manager uses Google sign-in, restricted to Freedom Solar accounts.

Only @gofreedompower.com accounts work. If you sign in with any other Google account (personal Gmail, a different work domain), you're bounced back to the login page with: "Your email is not authorized to access this application. Please use a @gofreedompower.com email."

What you can do depends on your role. Roles are based on your email — there's no separate password or profile to set up.

Three parts of the app are hidden unless your email is on the matching whitelist: the Commercial PO tab, MANUAL PO on the Residential region tabs, and the Service tab. The admin is always on all three.
Admins manage all of them from the ⚙️ Settings button in the toolbar.

The three lists are independent, on purpose. The audiences are different — the commercial team, the warehouse managers, and the service coordinators — so adding someone to one does not grant the others. If someone says they can cut a warehouse PO but can't see Service, this is why.
